The abstract is included here:<\/p>\n<p>A 3D covalent fullerene framework with a structure based on hexafunctionalized fullerene building blocks with octahedral symmetry is reported by T. Bein et\u2005al. in their Communication on page\u20057577\u2005ff. Each fullerene in the highly ordered framework is separated from the next by six functional groups, and the mesoporosity is controlled by template-directed, evaporation-induced self-assembly with a block copolymer.
